Gary has been President and Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker - G. R. Paret Realty Limited since January 1992 when he purchased the real estate division of Anderson & Benner Limited from Frank Benner. This company had enjoyed great success in the insurance/real estate business for 42 years.

Coldwell Banker - G. R. Paret Realty Limited operated successfully out of the Tillsonburg Town Centre for 15 years. In the spring of 2008 the firm made a substantial investment in downtown Tillsonburg. A building was purchased at the intersection of Broadway and Brock Street. Over the next eight months, a total transformation took place at this location, creating 4800 sq. ft. of  new office space. This newest location features green construction technology. Our doors opened at 124 Broadway in December of 2008.

The firm was founded on the cornerstones of integrity, ethics, and professionalism that have led to our growth and development through the years.
